• Membership waitlist: the membership program is not open yet. The membership interest form on this site does not currently store or send your email address.

SMS consent is optional. You can request an appointment without opting in to text messages.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not use advertising or retargeting technology, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies on this website. We record a small number of first-party interaction events (for example, which service or step of the booking form was used) that contain no name, phone number, email address, notes, or appointment reference.

We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate this website and our appointment system. These currently include our website and application hosting provider, our database and authentication provider, and our text-messaging provider. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us, and not for their own marketing.

Access to appointment and client records is restricted to authenticated staff accounts with role-based permissions, and database access rules are enforced on the server. Administrative activity is logged internally. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep appointment and client records for as long as needed to operate the barbershop, maintain accurate service history, and meet our record-keeping obligations. Consent records are retained so that we can demonstrate the choice you made.
